Parenting is easier for some, and much more complicated for others. Parenting adults are not always in alignment with their children. Sometimes there is a lack of "goodness of fit" and a lack of mutual understanding as a result.
I work with parents to help communicate with their children in ways that honor everyone's neurotype, temperament, experience and values. I can help navigate common challenges and more specific issues.
This is where parenting coaching comes in.
Coaching is a bit different from traditional psychotherapy or counseling in that its focus is not on psychopathology or diagnoses. It is about finding practical ways to communicate effectively, and manage family dynamics according to your shared values.

- highly sensitive
